Arbitration

At ChessMap®, we understand the importance of resolving conflicts quickly and efficiently by leveraging available resources. Therefore, we consider arbitration a viable alternative to achieve this, as it is a brief procedure where disputes are resolved in a private tribunal. We offer advisory and legal representation services in arbitration proceedings, including:

  • Drafting agreements or contractual clauses where the parties decide to submit to arbitration any disputes that have arisen or may arise between them, as well as the rules to follow in the arbitration procedure
  • Acting and advising in the procedure for appointing one or more arbitrators to address the arbitration procedure
  • Preparation of the complaint, its response, and, if applicable, counterclaim
  • Opposition of exceptions
  • Offering and taking evidence
  • Presentation of objections or challenges
  • Attendance at hearings
  • Request for precautionary measures from the arbitration tribunal
  • Request for judicial intervention during the procedure
  • Judicial request for the adoption of provisional precautionary measures
  • Request for correction or interpretation of arbitration awards
  • Request for recognition and/or enforcement of arbitration awards before the judicial authority and
  • Action for nullity of arbitration awards before the judicial authority.
